BETHEL MOTOR SPEEDWAY HITS THE AIRWAVES JULY 22ND

BETHEL, NY – The 2011 season at Bethel Motor Speedway has been one of notable success so far – with record car counts and capacity crowds with just $5 grandstand admission at the repaved quarter-mile asphalt oval, the speedway has drawn widespread attention.

Recently, the speedway was added to the weekly NASCAR race report on Fox Oldies 98.9 FM, and the speedway has taken part in some ticket giveaways in conjunction with the station.

This Friday, July 22nd, Business Operations Manager Tracy Chirico will be a part of the radio station’s morning show hosted by Van Ritshie. The on-air interview is scheduled to take place at roughly 8:10 am. It can be heard on 98.9 FM and 1220 AM, or can be accessed using the “Listen Live” link online at www.foxradio.net.

“We have reached a larger audience than ever before at Bethel Motor Speedway, and we’re very excited about it,” stated Chirico. “Friday’s on-air interview is just one piece of the promotions that we have in the works with Fox Oldies, and we will have more announcements over the next week.”

Ritshie, the host of the morning show, is a former racer and current Bethel Motor Speedway spectator himself.
